Designation: Attending Nurse
Organization: Panacea Hi-Tech Health Limited, Gopalpur, Jamalpur
Summary: Responsible for managing the PHTH activities related to nursing and coordination
Job Responsibilities
- Restores and promotes patients’ health by completing the nursing process
- Enlist new patients with a web-based mobile app.
- Regular follow-up and symptomatic analysis update through web-based App of enrolled patients from Health Center to Physician
- Coordination with Field Authorities for any need of patients that can be met by authority
- Working as an emergency focal point to address patient queries and emergency intervention through App and Mobile
- Measuring Vitals of the enlisted patients, enlisting them, undergo simple medical tasks under physicians’ guidance regularly
- Managing health care plans according to instructions
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop modern healthcare plans for patients
- Conducting awareness program related to health hygiene, healthy lifestyle, etc. regularly
- Report writing, monitoring, and documentation of all activities of the health center
- Advocacy for referral under the guidance of supervisor if required
- Providing education and support to patient families
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Employment Status - Full-time
Educational Requirements - BSc or diploma in nursing or any other degree from a nursing program or equivalent relevant degree
Experience Requirements - At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Additional Requirements - Age 20 to 35 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Should have a strong interpersonal skill & self-motivated
- Some basic knowledge of child protection, gender sensitivity, participatory approach
- Ability to work under pressure

Salary - Negotiable
